Better Call Saul Season 6 - The Perfect Ending

The first part of the Better Call Saul Season 6 has come to an end with the midseason finale The Transition into Breaking Bad So of the many routes that they could have taken with the midseason finale of Better Call Saul. Many people predicted how Howard would meet his end, and that him and Lalo would be two character arcs that the show joined. We got two complete opposite sides of Better Call Saul meeting in the middle with that of the cartel and the law.  Both of these structures have been getting ever so closer to each other as the seasons have gone by, and it's something that has symbolised the gradual transformation of Jimmy McGill into Saul Goodman. It all built up to the explosive moment at the end of episode 7 and now it's quite clear that the show has put two firm feet in the world of Breaking Bad. The first 7 episodes successfully developed the central story, taking the two primary narrative structures and slamming them together in a fitting, yet brutal way, and it si

Top Gun: Maverick | A Masterful Sequel

Top Gun: Maverick It's been over 30 years since the original Top Gun hit theatres, and now we have the ultimate legacy sequel starring Tom Cruise. After thinking that Director Joseph Kosinski's 2013 film Oblivion was quite underrated, he reteams with Tom Cruise here, and does so in spectacular fashion. The filmmaker had shot hundreds of hours of footage for the sequel and has meticulously put it together in what equals to some of the best technical work you'll see in a large scale film this year. The aerial shots looked really difficult to pull off, and alongside the kind of approach with using cockpit cameras and side of vehicle shots, it reminded me of the flight work we saw back in 2017's Dunkirk. Cinematography and action to drive certain moments of the film, particularly in that of the 3rd act, and it contains some of the best edge-of-your-seat moments. The original film by the great Tony Scott, Joseph Kosinski knows how to display the speed and curiosity of his ac

Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 7 trailer Breakdown and Predictions

Greg Lewis/AMC/Sony Pictures Television Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 7 trailer Breakdown Season 6 episode 7 of Better Call Saul will be arriving on Netflix and AMC, and it means that D-Day for Saul Goodman and Kim Wexler will be in full motion. After the end of episode 6, with Kim turning her car around and not taking the dream opportunity she had been given, there is clearly no turning back, and we are likely going to see a lot of twists and turns in the plot against Howard. It's still quite the mystery surrounding what exactly Kim and Jimmy are trying to pull off here but after seeing what their plan involves, it seems like it will be one of the biggest cons we've seen in the show, and I think it will likely involve them fuelling the anxiety that Howard feels towards Jimmy trying to ruin him. Both Kim and Jimmy have been quite methodical in the way they've worked through the sticky notes on that board of there's, and before the broken arm incident at the end of e

What is Jimmy and Kim's D-Day plan? | Better Call Saul S6E6 Detailed Review

Greg Lewis/AMC/Sony Pictures Television The focus is on a flashback scene with Kim as a child, her and Jimmy's D-Day plan and the anxiety from other characters such as Mike and Howard. Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 6  So the 6th episode of Better Call Saul's final season, opens with yet another flash to a different time, and this one is our second with young Kim Wexler. The cold open gives us a flashback to a young Kim and her mother. Last season, we got one with a teenage Kim who was waiting outside her school in Nebraska and her mother turned up hours late in a drunken state with it resulting in Kim not getting in the car. We learnt that she would rather make a long walk home than do what her mother says, and it really gave us a glimpse into why Kim might be the way she is today. Well in this new cold open, we get a little bit more information on what Kim is embarking down bad choice road, and how it stems from an early age. Young Kim is in a department store officer wher

How Jake Sully Has a Human Son | The Na'vi and Human War Explained

Will Avatar 2 affect Jake and Neytiri's Children  After 13 years, the Avatar: The Way Of Water trailer debuted exclusively for CinemaCon attendees. That trailer has been  watched more than the modern Star Wars films and viewers have come out of it with primary questions over the main story. Now while we can't put a full picture together of what this new  film will be fully about, what we can do is look at some of the elements displayed in the footage and theorise over what the war could be centred on. The teaser trailer itself has teased plenty of new underwater and shoreside locations, but it also suggests that rival Na'vi tribes will go to war this time around, alongside the returning humans picking back up  their mining operations that once became destructive for Pandora. But amongst all of this we have some interesting developments with Jake Sully and Neytiri's new family, as the fight to  keep their 4 children safe becomes a primary issue. Based on previous intervi

Why Scarlett Witch Is The Perfect Villain? | Pink Man

Why Scarlett Witch Is The Perfect Villain Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness sees Wanda chasing down America Chavez in order to steal her powers so that she can be reunited with her kids. Though some people are calling Wanda I think she’s the perfect villain for this film which feels like the first horror hero movie we’ve had in the MCU. The horror movies that Raimi pulled from to make her scenes even more intense and why she’s one of favourite comic book movie villains ever. Wanda's History in the MCU  Now Wanda, she’s been through a lot in her life. Not only did her home get blown up along with her parents in it she also ended up getting experimented on by Hydra when she was very young. This led into the events of Age Of Ultron where her brother was killed in front of her which was then followed by Civil War where the whole world turned on her and blamed her for killing lots of kids. To add to that when Infinity War rolled around she had to murder the man she loved to s

Better call saul season 6 episode 6 theories and predictions | Pink Man

AMC / SONY PICTURES TELEVISION Better call saul season 6 episode 6 theories and predictions  The preview opened up with photos of both jimmy and kim together. I would be inclined to say that it's probably something to do with howard due to the fact that mike informed kim that he only has them following them in case lalo gets in contact.  And this doesn't really appear to have anything to do with that. We witness caldera who's also known as the vet make a return which was refreshing and exciting to see. Alongside being a vet he provides medical treatment to those who want to avoid being suspected by the police. We saw jimmy and kim going to see him and jimmy had a torch being shot in his eye. It didn't look like he had any physical damage or harm to him judging by the way that he looked i think they're going to be focusing on getting an exaggerated record of assault due to the fight with howard and it will contribute to the takedown plan. As there was a note with an
